Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Challans are generated at the GSTN web site by the customer
- Two modes for GST collection:
- Internet Banking – Through Baroda Connect
- OTC (over the counter) – Through Branch
- Options for Payment available in OTC:
- Demand Draft
- All branches are authorized to collect GST OTC Challan.

Collection of State Taxes
Bank of Baroda, provides the facility of collection of State Sales Tax/Professional Tax through its select -488- branches, in the States of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi & W. Bengal.

Pension Payment to Central Govt./Ministries/Departments
The Pensioners being Senior Citizens and respected community of the country, it is Bank's endeavour to provide excellent and hassle-free services to them. We provide pension payment facility to following categories of pensioners through identified branches, across the country.

- Pension to Freedom fighters
The Bank also provides facility of payment of pension to the State Government Pensioners, through its identified branches, in the States of Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa and Punjab.
Treasury/Sub Treasury Business
The Reserve Bank of India acts as a banker to the Central and State Governments in terms of the provisions of Sections 20,21 and 21 A of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Reserve Bank carries out the general banking business of the governments through its own offices and branches of public sector banks. The business of State Government is done by the RBI and Agency Banks by means of an agreement entered into between the State Governments, RBI and Agency Banks.

Bank of Baroda is authorized by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as one of the accredited bank for collection of fees/charges through e-Biz Portal. There are two modes of collection of e-Biz receipts:
- Offline Mode – By any of our branch across India
- Online Mode – Customer using their net banking facility can pay through online mode
Fee pertaining to the services like, Industrial License, Industries Entrepreneur Memorandum, Employer Registration Service etc. can be done through e-Biz.

Services to Civil / Non Civil Ministries
Accredited Bank to Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MHFW)
Bank of Baroda is catering to the various banking needs including receipts and payments work of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare through select 53 designated branches across all over India, as accredited Bank, since 1976.
The bank has opened full-fledged branches at Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi, headquarter of the Ministry, Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Safdarganj Hospital, New Delhi to provide one-stop banking services to the Ministry and its staff.
Receipts/Payments work of Postal/Railways
Bank of Baroda undertakes receipt/payment work of Postal Department through its 86 designated branches in the states of Gujarat & Rajasthan.
The bank also undertakes receipt/payment work of Railways through its 12 designated branches in the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan & West Bengal.
Our Bank is integrated with EPFO Portal for collection of EPF contribution from various employer, for their employees through BOB Net Banking. Any employer who desires to make payment towards EPFO contribution needs to select Bank of Baroda Net Banking option, at the time of making payment on EPFO Portal. When user selects BOB Net Banking, URL is directed to our Bank’s Internet Banking Portal.

Our Bank is integrated with ESIC Portal for collection of insurance contribution from various employer, for their employees through BOB Net Banking. Any employer who desires to make payment towards insurance contribution needs to select Bank of Baroda Net Banking, at the time of making payment on ESIC Portal. When user selects BOB Net Banking, URL is directed to our Bank’s Internet Banking Portal.

PFMS-Public Fund Management System
Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is a Central Plan Scheme monitoring system of Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. It is used as a platform for e-payment of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)/Non DBT payments for both Aadhaar based & non-Aadhaar based bank accounts through NPCI/RBI.
Our Bank is already integrated with PFMS portal and process transactions related to DBT/Non DBT payments.
We are the accredited bank for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MHFW) and Ministry of Legal Affairs.

NTRP (Non Tax Receipt Portal)
The Non-Tax Receipt Portal (NTRP) is the initiative of O/o Controller General of Accounts, M/o Finance, Government of India to provide one stop services to deposit any fees/fine/other money into the Government Account. Our Bank’s Internet Payment Gateway (Baroda e-Gateway) is integrated with NTRP (Bharatkosh Portal) for collection of contributions from various customers.
Our Bank acts as an:
- Aggregator Bank - Payment can be done through our Bank’s IPG (Baroda e-gateway), available on Bharatkosh Portal.
- Accredited Bank - Our Bank settles the fund (collected through various IPG available on Bharatkosh Portal) with RBI for our Accredited Ministry.
