Periodic Updation of KYC (ReKYC)

As per RBI guidelines on KYC norms, Banks need to periodically update KYC documents in the records of their account holders.

Therefore, in addition to the KYC carried out at the time of account opening, the account holders are required to undergo Re-KYC and submit the requisite documents at periodic interval, to avoid any restriction being placed in the account as per guidelines.

How to Submit Re-KYC documents:
  • Individual Resident Customers (other than Minor) having Aadhaar Number can undertake Online Re-KYC through Web Portal.***
  • Individual Resident Customers (other than Minor) having Aadhaar Number & Original PAN can undertake Video Re-KYC (Re-KYC online through Video Call).
  • Visit your home branch and submit the duly signed Re-KYC form & copy of valid KYC documents.
  • Email / Post / Courier / Physical delivery of duly signed self-declaration form in case of no change in KYC information / change of address only. Individual Resident (other than Minor) customers can also email their request for periodic updation of KYC (Re-KYC) in case of no change in KYC information, from their Registered Email ID on rekyc@bankofbaroda.com together with scanned copy of following documents :

    2. Self-declaration in case there is change of address only in KYC information (including PAN / Form 60) of Individual customer Download
    3. Re-KYC form for Individuals (Other cases) Download
  • For Non-Individuals

    1. Self-declaration in case of no change in KYC information of Non-Individual customer Download
    2. Re-KYC form for Non-Individuals (Other cases) Download
