  • Individual Resident Customers (other than Minor) having Aadhaar Number & Original PAN can undertake Video Re-KYC (Re-KYC through Video KYC). 
  • To complete your Re-KYC please Click Here . For best experience, use Google Chrome on Android device and Safari on iOS device. 
  • Complete your online Re-KYC application by providing correct Aadhaar Number, PAN and other latest information. Please note that your Aadhaar Name should match with your name as per Bank’s record. 
  • Provide Customer ID and Mobile number registered with the Bank to start journey. To inquire your Customer ID, please type CUST and send SMS to 8422009988 from your registered Mobile Number. 
  • Once application is submitted, you are requested to proceed for Video call and connect with our Bank official through website between 10 AM to 6 PM on all working days. You may also schedule Video KYC call within 3 days through our website without re-initiating application. 
  • Please keep your original PAN Card along with Blue/Black Pen & a white paper ready before joining video call.

  • What is Video KYC?

    Video KYC is an alternate and easier method of conducting Customer's Due Diligence through video at the convenience of customer.

  • How would I come to know that I am eligible for Video Re-KYC?

    Certain categories of individual customers are not eligible for Video Re-KYC. To inquire your eligibility, check on our Video Re-KYC application by providing your Customer ID.

  • What are the mandatory requirements for doing a Re-KYC through Video KYC?
    • Valid Mobile Number Registered with Aadhaar and Bank
    • Original PAN Card
    • Valid E-mail Id
    • A White sheet of Paper and Blue/Black pen.
    • Internet Enabled Device - Mobile, TAB, Web-cam enabled Laptop/Desktop with Microphone system
  • What are the steps for customer to complete Re-KYC through Video KYC process?

    Basic information is required to be filled online. On application submission, Unique Reference Number (URN) will be generated and option for redirection to Video KYC Call will be available through which Bank official will carry out Video Session. After Video Session is complete, Re-KYC information will be updated in Bank’s record subject to verification of Video Session by Auditor.

  • Can I on-board again if my Re-KYC application was incomplete/rejected?

    Validity of Unique Reference number (URN) is 3 days within which customer can join Video Session again through website without need to re-submit fresh application. In case of rejection/non-completion of journey within T+3 days, customer can start afresh on T+5th day, where T is day of initiation of previous journey.

  • Whether Original Aadhaar is mandatory for Video Re-KYC?

    No. Only Aadhaar number is required for customer to perform OTP-based eKYC Authentication.

  • Whether original PAN Card is mandatory for Video Re-KYC?

    Yes.

  • When can I carry out the Re-KYC through Video KYC process?

    The basic information can be filled by customer 24*7 as per their convenience. However, Video KYC session can be undertaken between 10 AM to 6 PM only on all working days.
