Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development fund (AHIDF) : Benefits

  • Interest Subvention of 3% is available for all Eligible Entities
  • Term loan facility
  • Credit Guarantee coverage up to 25% of the credit facility available to the borrower.

    1. 10% for micro & small units
    2. 15% for medium enterprises
    3. 25% for all others
  • Maximum repayment period is 10 years inclusive of moratorium period of 2 years.

Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development fund (AHIDF) : Features

  • Financing facility for investment in viable projects for establishing new and strengthening existing animal husbandry infrastructure units through incentives and financial support in order to improve agriculture infrastructure

All eligible entities can submit their proposal with complete detailed projects through “Udyami Mitra Portal” developed by SIDBI.

  • Private companies
  • Farmers Producers Organisations (FPOs)
  • Section 8 companies (Non-profit Organisations)
  • Micro Small and Medium Enterprises

  • KYC Documents (AADHAR, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License etc.)
  • Passport Size photo
  • Land Record
  • Quotation/Invoice (if available)
  • Project Report (if available)
  • IT Returns (if available)

Processing Charges:
  • Nil Processing charges for aggregate loans upto Rs 3.00 Lakhs.
  • Above Rs 3 Lakhs – 1% of the limit sanctioned with a maximum of Rs 100 lakhs

Inspection Charges:
  • Nil Inspection Charges for aggregate loan upto Rs 3.00 Lakhs
  • Above Rs 3 lakhs to Rs 10 Lakhs - Rs 250/-
  • Above Rs 10 Lakhs to Rs 1 Crore - Rs 1000/-
  • Above Rs 1 Crore - Rs 5000/-

Nature of Facility Term Loan
Loan tenure & Repayment
  • Maximum repayment period is 10 Years inclusive of moratorium of 2 Years on Principal amount.
  • Repayment can be fixed monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly based on the cash flow of the project.
Security
  • Hypothecation of Movable structures/Equipment/ Machineries purchased or created out of banks finance.
  • Mortgage of fixed assets, land & buildings
  • Personal guarantee of proprietors/partners/promoters/Directors etc.
Margin
  • Minimum of 10% for Micro & Small Units
  • Minimum of 15% for Medium Enterprises
  • Minimum of 25% for other categories of enterprises,
