Baroda Healthcare Scheme : Purpose

  • To provide term credit to the healthcare establishments for financing purchase of Healthcare equipment as listed in Bank Guidelines.
  • The proposed scheme primarily aims financing medical equipment to "micro to mid-level' healthcare professionals/Doctors/Diagnostic Centres/Hospitals/Clinics located in Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities.

  • Doctors (MBBS & Specialist Doctors/MD/MS)
  • Experienced Healthcare Professionals & Individual Medical Practitioner(s).
  • Corporate Chains of Diagnostic Center/ Institutes, Hospitals.
  • Clinics/Diagnostic/Pathology Centers.
  • Medical Colleges
  • Nursing Homes, Maternity Homes
  • Endoscopy Centre, IVF Centre, ENT centers
  • Specialty Clinics like Skin, Dental Clinics, Orthopaedic Prosthetics and Heart Research Centers

Baroda Healthcare Scheme : Eligibility

Borrower Constitution
  • Business units with constitution Individual/ Proprietorship/ Partnership/ LLP/ Trust / Society/ Pvt. Ltd/ Public Ltd to be considered
  • HUF not eligible as an entity and as a partner

Age Criteria
  • Minimum Age-25 years, at the time of Loan application.
  • Maximum Age- 65 years at the time of Loan maturity

Facility Type
  • Term Loan only

Loan Amount

Minimum – Rs 5.00 Lakhs

Maximum for new equipment– For new to bank Customer -Rs. 5.00 Crores and For existing customer (maximum additional loan) - Rs. 5.00 Crores.


Repayment Period

Minimum : 12 months

Maximum : 72 months


Moratorium

Tenor is inclusive of maximum 1 month moratorium.
