- The loans to ESCO or Host entity falling under Micro & Small category
- The minimum & maximum loan per project Rs. 10 lacs & Rs. 15 crores respectively
- Maximum loan tenor shall be 5 years including moratorium period
- SIDBI guarantee upto 75% of the loan amount
- Guarantee Fee is slab-wise and based on grading of ESCO and payable by the borrower
- Minimum collateral required under the scheme is 25% of loan amount.
- DSRA equivalent to 3 months EMI to be obtained upfront
- ROI and other service charges as applicable for MSE borrowers
- The Host entity will deposit proceeds due to actual energy savings in TRA/ Escrow account. The loan recovery will be from TRA/ Escrow account
