  4. Services may be terminated during monsoons, specific to the region of flying. BLADE’s decision regarding BLADE operations stands final and binding.
  5. The Offer is available only upon making full payment by a valid and unexpired World Mastercard card issued in India. Not valid on Netbanking or Wallet payments.
  6. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
  7. The total minimum spend will be calculated based on the product cost only. This excludes all taxes, GST, delivery charges, etc. Any taxes, liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/or billed to the account of the cardholder.
  8. Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer, or product/services related to this Offer must be addressed in writing by the cardholder directly to BLADE at customerservice@flyblade.in or by calling 1800 102 5233. Mastercard or the issuing bank will not be liable for the same.
  9. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis and Mastercard does not assume any liability whatsoever regarding the Offer, the delivery of services or any incidental matter.
  10. No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount or offer will be applicable.
  11. Any cardholder who utilises, participates in, or attempts to utilise or participate in the Mastercard Card Offers programme, irrevocably agrees to the following: Mastercard will not be liable under contract, tort or any other theory of law for any claim regarding loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of the Offer; and accordingly, the cardholder will not make any claim against Mastercard regarding the same.

  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  14. Mastercard reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.

  17. Offer can be availed multiple times in the duration of the offer period. Offer applies on purchase of all (onward and return) tickets together.
  18. This offer cannot be clubbed or exchanged with any other offer or discount extended by FLY BLADE INDIA as part of any other arrangement.

  19. CANCELLATIONS:
    Cardholder can cancel a flight by calling 18001025233 or sending us an email to customerservice@flyblade.in.
    The full amount will be refunded if cancellations are made 48 hours before the flight departure. Rs. 5000 cancellation fee will be applied.
    50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellations are made 24 hours before the flight departure.
    25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellations are made 12 hours before the flight departure. 25% discount will be offered on the next booking based on the Best Available Rate of the Day.
    There will be no refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of the flight departure.
  20. CHANGES:
    You can request a switch from one flight to another by calling at 18001025233 or sending us an email to customerservice@flyblade.in.
    Modification of booking is allowed until 24 hrs before departure. The fare difference if any will charged, with a change fee of INR 5000.
    If the booking has paid for by credit card, the proceeds will be credited to the respective credit cards. If the booking has been paid for by debit card, the proceeds will be directly credited to the respective bank account.

  21. FORCE MAJURE: BLADE does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as (1) Bad Weather (2) Poor Visibility (3) Non–Availability of clearances from ATC / Defence Authorities / Civil Administration (4) Technical Problem: - if due to above reasons, the flight cannot take off from the Originating station the full amount will be refunded. The operators working with BLADE always obtain the destination weather before departure. However, if due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route/destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination and has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable/refundable. BLADE is not responsible for any technical snag that develops in the aircraft which cannot be rectified within the time limit and effect the operation of flight.
