5. To avail the Offer, cardholder will need to follow steps:

   [b.] Cardholder receives a response SMS with eGift Card Number, PIN Number, eGiftCard expiry date and denomination.
   
6. The eGiftCard can be redeemed at Croma stores only. Not valid for online purchases
7. Cardholder must announce the intention to avail the offer and present the eGiftCard and PIN number before the bill is generated.
8. Cardholders are required to pay any applicable GST, service charges and other taxes.
9. The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
10. No two offers can be clubbed together and no additional discount/ offer will be applicable.
11. The offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
12. Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Croma at Corporate@croma.com or call +91-7207 666 000. Mastercard or the issuing bank will not be liable for the same.
13. Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
14. Any cardholder who utilises, participates in, or attempts to utilise or participate in the Mastercard Card Offers programme, irrevocably agrees to the following: Mastercard will not be liable under contract, tort or any other theory of law for any claim regarding loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of the Offer; and accordingly, the cardholder will not make any claim against Mastercard regarding the same.

Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis and Mastercard does not assume any liability whatsoever regarding the Offer, the delivery of services or any incidental matter.
