Terms and Conditions

  1. The limited period promotional offer, namely ‘Recharge/Bill payment’ offer (""Offer"") is provided to customers by BOB Financial Solutions Limited (""BFSL"") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (""APIPL""). The Offer is made available on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, ""Amazon.in"") operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (""ASSPL"").
  2. These Offer terms and conditions (""Offer Terms"") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
  3. All residents of India holding a valid credit card issued by the BFSL (each a ""Card"") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a ""Cardholder"").
  4. The offer is valid from July to September2023 i.e. 01st July to 30th September (""Offer Period""), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without liability.
  5. During the period July to September 2023 i.e. 01st July to 30th September (both days inclusive) (""Offer Period""), any customer who undertakes / purchases recharge/bill payment on Amazon.in (""Recharge/bill payment""), making payment using BFSL credit card, each such customer will be eligible to receive a promotional instant discount of Flat INR 50 on prepaid recharge and bill payment in relation to the minimum amount INR 500 paid by the customer.
  6. The maximum discount amount that can be availed per card during the offer period is INR 50 for prepaid recharge and bill payments on per card per month basis.
  7. The Offer is applicable for a successful transaction only. If Instant Discount is availed on any recharge/bill payment, and it is subsequently cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, by the customer, by APIPL (entity that makes the recharge/bill payment available on Amazon.in), or by the Recharge/bill payment Service Provider, or by the BFSL, the refund amount of such transactions will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the transaction.
  8. APIPL and/or BFSL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
  9. All disputes relating to the recharge/bill payment will be resolved by the relevant recharge/bill payment service provider, respectively. All such disputes shall be resolved between the customers and the recharge/bill payment service provider (as the case may be) inter se and Amazon or any of its affiliates will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any such dispute or disagreement.
  10. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL or BFSL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  11. Under no circumstances, will the benefit being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and/ or ASSPL or by BFSL.
  12. Amazon and/or the BFSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  13. Delinquent and over-limit BFSL's credit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.
  14. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  15. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the BFSL or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  16. All disputes between the Cardholders and the BFSL will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the BFSL.
  17. The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
  18. This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
  19. The discount amount provided to eligible Cardholders under this Offer is being funded by the BFSL, to the total exclusion of Amazon.
  20. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
  21. This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product(s), or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
  22. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is only applicable on recharge or bill payment on Amazon.in and not applicable on the purchase of any other products. Customers need to check the offer eligibility on the Product Page.:
  23. Under no circumstance will benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by BFSL or by Amazon.
  24. By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that BFSL and Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s). BFSL shall not be liable for delivery, service, suitability, availability or quality of the products offered under this offer.
  25. Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms
