    18. Offer Specific T&C’s:
    19. 15-minute telephonic Career and College Admissions guidance counselling session:
    20. This session is meant for students of class IX to XII and their parents.
    21. These sessions will have to be booked in advance and there will be 100 such slots that can be booked in a week Monday to Saturday (10 am to 5 pm) except on Festival and Government holidays.
    22. The session can be availed in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Haryanvi and Tamil.
    23. A card holder can avail this offer only once during this offer period.
    24. This session does not include any assessments.
    25. This interaction/ counselling services is not designed for psychological or behavioral counselling.
    26. The refunds if any will be as per the refund policy of Right Track Admizzionz Campuz Pvt. Ltd.

    27. Refund Policy

    28. All services except AdmissionAssist are non-refundable after the commencement of the service.
    29. Refund request is only admissible only if the service subscribed has not commenced except for the AdmissionAssist Service.
    30. Commencement of the service could mean occurrence of any one of the following:
    31. Telephonic or Video conference or face to face interaction with the student/parent or guardian

    32. Start of the Computer Based Career Interest or Multiple Intelligence Test by the student.

    33. If the service has not commenced the subscription charges paid by the customer will be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs. 1000/- only.
    34. In case of AdmissionAssist, if the service has commenced, then the subscription charges paid will be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs. 6000/-
    35. In case of any other services, there will be no refund after the service has commenced.
    36. The refund request has to be initiated within 7 calendar days of subscription to the service. After the 7th calendar day period, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.
    37. In case the customer does not want to avail the service that he has subscribed and the service has not commenced then he can request a refund by sending a formal request on info@admizzionzcampuz.com through the registered email Id.
    38. All refund requests must be made by the subscriber. Refund requests must include the name of the subscriber, transaction number. Invoice for the payment submitted needs to be enclosed with the email.
    39. It will take up to 30 days to process the request. The refund will be made through the channel you paid the subscription charges to us. For example, If the subscription has been paid by credit/debit/prepaid card, refund will be issued to the original credit/debit/prepaid card used to make payments at the time of subscription. In case the subscription charges have been paid in cash, the refund if applicable will be made by cheques.
    40. No cash refunds will be made.
    41. Subscriber further undertakes that he/she has read the applicable Most Important Terms and Conditions of the Payment that are prompted when you move towards payment of the paid services and have accepted the same before making the payment.
    42. All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction limits only.
