You may register your grievance online through our grievance redressal portal. Upon lodging the grievance in the portal, a Unique Tracker Id will be generated which needs to be quoted for future interactions.

If your grievance is still not redressed, you can escalate your concern to the Regional Level quoting the unique Tracker ID
Level - 3
If your grievance is still not redressed, you can escalate your concern to the Zonal Level quoting the unique Tracker ID
