Term Loan/Working Capital facilities may be considered for new projects as creation of scientific storage capacity viz. godowns, dry warehouses, cold storage, cold chains, silos and market yards.

  • Individual, Group of farmers/Growers , Registered FPOs
  • Partnership/Proprietorship Firms, Companies and Corporation
  • NGOs and SHGs
  • Autonomous Bodies of Governments
  • Cooperatives, Cooperatives marketing federations
  • State agencies including State Government Departments and autonomous organization/State owned corporations such as Agricultural Produce Market Committees & Marketing Boards, state warehousing corporations, State Civil Supplies Corporations etc.

  • Processing charges: Nil upto Aggregate Loan Limit of Rs. 3.00 Lakhs

Quantum of Loan
  • Minimum – Rs 25 Lakhs
  • Maximum loan Limit -Rs.100.00 Cr
Nature of Facility
  • Term Loan
  • Cash Credit
Margin 25% of the Project Cost
Period Based on business plan with a maximum period of 15 Years including moratorium period of Maximum of 2 Years
Security
  • Hypothecation of structure/equipment/machinery/purchased or created out of Bank’s Finance
  • Mortgage of Fixed assets like project land and building /shed
  • Personal guarantee of Proprietor/Partners / Promoters/Directors/Owner of the property offered as security
Repayment For Term Loan
  • Repayable in 3 to 15 Years (including maximum moratorium period of 24 Months) period depending upon the purpose of investment, economic life of asset and cash flow of the activity.
  • Repayment of the term loan can be fixed monthly/quarterly/half yearly/Yearly based on the requirement of the project and progress of work duly certified by the empanelled engineer and chartered Accountant. For Working Capital: 12 months with annual review
