Alternate modes for submission of KYC documents for Re-KYC/CKYC purpose

In view of COVID 19 pandemic bank is offering alternate modes for submission of KYC documents for Re-KYC/CKYC purpose

Sr. No. Mode of Due diligence
1. Registered e-mail ID -
Customer may submit the self-attested scanned copy of Aadhaar and PAN/FORM 60 through his/her registered e-mail ID with the Bank.
2. Registered Mobile No. -
 If customer’s e-mail ID is not registered and mobile number is registered with the Bank then customer may also submit the self-certified scanned copy of Aadhaar and PAN/FORM 60 through e-mail mentioning his registered mobile number.
3. Submission of Self -
attested documents by the customer- customer may submit  the self-attested documents (i.e. Aadhaar & PAN/Form 60 Only) with the branch.
4. Nearest branches - 
In case customer wishes to submit the KYC Documents i.e. Officially valid documents (OVD) along with PAN/Form 60, the same shall be submitted in the nearest branch. The said branch would scan and send the copy of the documents after verifying the same with originals.
