The customer will go to the biller web site (e.g. Reliance Energy) and enter his Customer Account No. / Telephone Number / Policy no. etc.
	The customer will be shown the latest outstanding bill with a Pay option.
	Once the customer clicks on the Pay option, he / she will be directed to BillDesk Payment Gateway Page, where he / she will be able shown all the Credit Cards / NetBanking Banks payment options, which will include Bank of Baroda (BOB).
	If the customer chooses BOB, he will be re-directed to BOB NetBanking Login Page via the Shopping Mall Interface integration with BillDesk.
	The customer will login to BOB NetBanking with User ID and password and confirm the transaction.
	Once the transaction is completed, the customer will be transferred back to the BillDesk payment gateway by the bank along with the status (success / failure).
